So I’ve been teaching at the Wellness Center for close to a month now, and I must say I am getting to love what I do more and more each day. Practicing a Yogic Lifestyle is an awesome way to improve many aspects of your personal life and your relationship with yourself as well as others. Spirituality is the ultimate path to enlightenment as in Buddhism and Hinduism and although I am not religious, studying both has aided me on my path to a higher existence. If you are interested in getting fit while sustaining lean, organic muscle through a de-stressing, spiritual workout, then I hope to see you at a future yoga session, thanks for stopping by my site!!!
For the past several months, I have been in search of ways to combine my love for skin care and de-stressing with my passion for teaching yoga and staying fit. I recently learned of a business opportunity through USANA Health Sciences, and little by little the bigger picture began to reveal itself to me. My life has been preparing me for a career in wellness this whole time, and now more than ever I realize that it is just as important to take care of my body from the inside as it is from the outside. They offer everything from vitamins and minerals to weight loss and detox plans, as well as skin and body care products. If you are seeking a better you in any aspect of wellness, please click here to visit my USANA page to learn more. In this update. I’d also like to share one of my recent Facebook posts:

If you don’t already know my name is Angelika and I moved to the US from Russia when I was 11 years old. Throughout my life I had to deal with posture and back problems, the reason being was that I had a tragic injury during my birth back in 1985. In those days you couldn’t really have sued anybody, Russia being a communist country and all. Basically I got pulled out of my mother by my left hand, because there were complications. And this caused nerve damage, which lead to me having a paralyzed left fist and a permanent curve in my backbone. I don’t remember having a paralyzed hand, but I am told I had a lot of therapy as a baby. Growing up in Russia with a condition called scoliosis I got sent to a retreat for children with problems similar to mine and had all sorts of therapeutic treatments there. This had a tremendous effect on my health improvement. After moving to the United States I got involved with swimming, diving and soon after gymnastics and dance. Leading a very active lifestyle as a teenager I was able to even out my muscles to where my imbalance was hardly noticeable. I discovered yoga at the age of 16. It is without a doubt the best exercise system for back alignment issues and has aided me with stress relief as well because of its spiritual aspect. Today at age 28, having become a model and dancer and now a yoga instructor, skin therapist & aspiring holistic wellness specialist; I feel that I must share my life’s journey and pass on the gift of maintaining your body mind and soul through alternative methods. I offer my story only as an example and hope you except this tiny piece of my life! Namaste.
